The NAAC Journal Online T he National Association of Alternative Certification (NAAC) is pleased to announce the inauguration of The NAAC Journal Online. The NAAC Journal Online will continuously add articles of interest to researchers, practitioners, and policymakers on the topic of alternative teacher and administrator certification. All articles go through a blind refereed process, reviewed by university professors and administrators/officials directing programs/writing policy/conducting research related to teacher certification. Special thanks to the NAAC Editorial Board, and especially to Dr. Vicky Dill of The National Center for Alternative Teacher Certification Information (NCATLI) at The Haberman Foundation, Houston, Texas (dillhome@midusa.net) for her oversight of the project.
